Brown Bag Friday

So every week, 3 kids are selected in Sure Start to bring in a brown bag with 3 favorite things from home.  This week was Trevor & Jackson's turn.  Jackson chose to bring a Dragon Tales puzzle, a Thomas train (of course; not like he's obsessed or anything), and a picture book full of photos of his family.  It was really nice and he was so excited; especially to show off his baby brother.  He got up there and presented it all himself, without any help.  I was so proud of my big boy!!

Trevor chose to bring in a box of wooden puzzles, a plastic dinosaur, and a Lego Percy train (another child who would not be obsessed AT.ALL.)  You should have heard Trevor tell about his stuff.  He makes up these HUGE stories that could go on forever.  He has to include every last detail.  I have no idea where he got his big mouth from.  :)  It's so much fun to watch him blossom and develop this funny, independent, outgoing personality.  He brings so much character to our lives every day.
